“Association of Selvamm Business Administration-ASBA” was inaugurated by our Department of business administration. The chief guest was Mrs.Gowri Vasudevan, Correspondent; Gowri’s English Academy and also gave a special lecture on “Importance of communication skills”.
In this special lecture Mrs.Gowri Vasudevan explained clearly about Communication skills and its essential for the successful future career of a student. In today’s competitive world, communication skills in business are the most sought after quality of an educated person. Reading, writing and listening carefully are the three most important communication skills for students. And also she pointed out; Students should be taught as to how to show the other person respect when the other person is speaking. Such etiquette is a part of conversation in every sphere of life, be it professional or personal. By this special lecture our students were highly benefited and motivated.
