Aim
To help the smooth conduct of examinations of the college
Mandatory
Conduct of Internal Examinations (CIA I & II) is compulsory for all the Courses. However, this would burden the CoE despite their regular End Semester Examinations. Hence, to reduce the drudgery the College has constituted the Examination cell, which functions vibrantly in conduct of CIA tests, model tests & helps in planning and execution of Semester Examinations, with the following Assignments
- Bringing more transparency in the examination and evaluation system
- Preparation of smooth conduct of Examinations, preparation of time – table schedules, Invigilation duty chart, Seat allotment in the Examination halls, Collection of answer scripts and submit to CoE
- Monitor the process of electronic examination that is managed by the committee of department
- Bring it to the notice of CoE, if any unforeseen incidents occur during examinations along with the invigilator
- Ensure that all written exams are held in accordance with the regulations of the University
