Department of Business Administration organized one day special lecture on “Qualities of Leaders” to our final year BBA students to enrich their leadership qualities in 26.07.2018. The chief guest was Mr. I.M.J.Anandraj,M.Com.,MBA., Team Head, Value Education, Karunya Institute of Technology, Coimbatore gave this special lecture.
In this special lecture the chief guest explained clearly about leadership and its qualities in understanding manner. He pointed out Commitment, Passion, Empathy, Honesty and Integrity come into play a major role in leadership. Leaders one who needs Good communication skills and decision-making capabilities and its also play a vital role in success and failure of a leaders. Lastly, Innovation and Creative thinking, as well as the futuristic vision, are a couple of key traits which make a leader stand out. Finally he quotes John C Maxwell’s, “A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way.” Our students were actively participated and discussed about the leadership qualities. By this special lecture our students were highly benefited and motivated.
