Youth Red Cross (YRC) of Selvamm Arts and Science College (Autonomous) organized World AIDS Awareness Programme and Blood Donation Camp on 1st December, 2021. Dr.D.Amudha, Block Medical Officer, Vinaitheerthapuram, Government Hospital and Revered Dr.A.Anbumalar, Blood Bank Medical Officer, Government Hospital, Namakkal were the special guests. Principal Dr. N.Rajavel Welcomed the gathering.
Guest, in their special address, delivered a lecture on AIDS Awareness, prevention measures and counselling to the students. In the blood donation camp 35 units of Blood donated by the student and staff members. At the end pledge was taken by the faculty members and students.
