Department of Hotel Management and Catering Science organized a Workshop on 23rd March 2022. Welcome address was given by Principal Dr. N. Rajavel, Dr. K. S. Arulsamy Administrative Director & Controller of Examinations felicitated the gathering. The Chief Guest Mr.K.Nandha kumar, Chef and Carving Expert, Salem delivered a talk on “Art of Carving” and demonstrated few models to the students. This Workshop was very useful. Totally 52 students benefitted. Finally Mr. T. Suresh Gandhi Head, Department of Hotel Management and Catering Science gave the vote of thanks.
