On 6th October 2021, Department of Hotel Management and Catering Science conducted National Level Workshop (Webinar) on Art of Baking. Chef. Karthikeyan. R, Assistant Professor, Army Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Bangalore was the resource person. The Chef made the topic very clear with various baking techniques and demonstrated the cake making and designing. Totally 80 students from various colleges participated and benefited.
