Department of English organized a special lecture on “Post- Modern Indian Women Novelists” and also we inaugurated our Literary Association on 2-8-2019 . Dr. N. Rajavel, Principal, welcomed the gathering and Dr. K.S.Arulsamy felicitated the programme. Then the Head of the Department Mr. P. Eswaran gave the introductory address to the Chief Guest. The Chief Guest Dr.S.Ramya Niranjani delivered a wonderful speech on “Post- Modern Indian Women Novelists” which was really astonishing for the students as if they could know about the women Indian novelists and their contribution to the literature. More than two hundred students actively participated and benefited by this programme. Finally our department faculty L.Prakasam delivered vote of thanks.
