Department of Electronics and Communication conducted a one day National Conference on “Recent trends in Electronics” on 20.2.2019.it was split into two sessions, session –I Technical session and Session-II Oral presentation session. Our resource person Dr.V.Manickam Asst.Prof, International School Of Phonetics, Cochin University Of Science And Technology, Kochi. Was handled the session I, who discussed the topic on “Nano-structure and Nano electronics”. Through this session the participants had a clear knowledge about the Nanotechnology and its Structure, properties etc., and afternoon session –II started with Oral presentation. Here there are many Research scholars, faculties and students from various colleges. Who are participated and presented their research papers. The Technical session II was handled by Dr.P.Gowthaman, Asst.Prof, Erode Arts and Science College, Erode. This session regarding the topic on “Energy saving by solar cells” The participant aware about the making of solar cell in home and some innovative techniques of the solar cells. Through this National Conference more than 200 participants were benefited by this conference. Some research scholars are published their research paper in the Journal SPJMR, on the whole day it was a well and an efficient conference.
