Our college, department of chemistry organized national workshop on 22 Dec 2017, Title on “Nanotechnology In Energy And Environment” in our college campus. In this national workshop our beloved chairman Dr. P.Selvaraj, secretary, Mrs.K.K.Kavithranandhni and controller of examiner Dr.K.S.Arulsamy were participate in the beginning ceremony of the workshop. In the beginning of the programme our Principal Dr.N.Rajavel delivered his welcome address. Then our Vice Principals who delivered their felicitation address. We invite our special chief guest from Pondicherry University, Dept of chemistry, Prof.Thilakan and G. Chandramohan former, principal of Jairam arts and Science College, Karur.
In this National workshop our chief guest Mr.Chandramohan said Nanotechnology has been developing in various felids like, Medical technology, Agriculture etc… It develops in worldwide with the help of Nanotechnology we can protect our environment, air, water, from the pollution, like that he explained Nanotechnology to our students.
Prof.Thilakan said, in this nanotechnology how we produce Electricity with the help of Atom and Air, how Nanotechnology functioning in water.
