Department of Business Administration organized a Special Lecture on “Effective Communication Skills” on 04.01.2020 in Conference hall. The chief guest was Dr.S.Mahalakshmi Assistant Professor, Department of Corporate Secretaryship, Salem Sowdeswari College, Salem.
In this special lecture Dr.S.Mahalakshmi, Assistant Professor, encourage the students to upgrade their communication skills and shed their inhibitions and negativity, identify, build and improve their professional image, enhance awareness towards one’s role in the organization, overcome the barriers in communication. She create awareness of one’s current presentation skills and practice & develop effective skills for presentation, Understand the importance of communication types, Developing effective verbal communication, Importance of grooming and etiquette and cross cultural communication clearly.
By this special lecture our 90 students were highly benefited and motivated.
